** the cobalt ** Hi there, if you're reading this then you probably already know that I'm Cobalt. I'm fifteen years old, genderfluid (female pronouns), and just finished my sohomore year in high school. I play the violin, french horn, and trumpet. I draw a lot and write a lot and just generally art a lot. I live somewhere in Iowa, where yes, we really do have that much corn. I also really love FourClans, as that's where I got my start roleplaying over two years ago.
I'm far more polite online than I am in person, mainly because I am an extreme introvert and I need a lot of time to think things through. Personology fascinates me, though I could never make a career of it due to my aversion to people. If you're interested, I am an INTP, and on the Enneagram I am a Five with heavy wing four.
I am scared of flying insects (the Brood I cicadas came out when I was in kindergarten, ugh), heights, and not understanding myself. I love creating, observing, and my small selection of friends, which now includes you.

** Miststar *** Molly * WindClan * Leader * 56 moons * bio link * ** Who are you?
You can call me Miststar. I'm leader of WindClan, and have been for several moons. My original wish was to become a medicine cat, but I think this suits me very well. I love my Clan and it's truly an honor to lead them and I've sworn to the stars I'll try to deserve it. That's how I made myself put away over-optimism. It's fun and it's natural to me, but I don't want to underestimate my foes. Leading my kin is the absolute most important thing I can do. ** What's your story?
As I mentioned, my original wish was to be a medicine cat. I was very friendly, if very quiet, and I did really want to heal. But that didn't work out for me, and so I was on the path to being a warrior. That turned out to be the most perfect thing - as a medicine cat I wouldn't get to run on the flat lands or glide on the hills, and those are where my skills and my love lie.
Soon I realized that I wanted to lead, and I went about fixing my flaws so as to better become deputy. My love, Flickerheart, was deputy at the time, and when he ascended to leadership he ended up picking me. Everything was perfect - but his lives went by fast. He wasn't as careful as he had once been, overconfident due to his new lives. And then...well, I ended up as leader far sooner than I intended. Since then I've been very careful with my own nine lives, and so I have eight of them left. The only one lost was lost in battle, so that my clanmates could continue to live.
Past Threads: * June-July 2013 Assignment * at Ground Level * with Flowerfur * link * Flowerfur proved to me that ThunderClan cats really can be quite kind. Although, Elmstar himself still does unnerve me quite a bit... (kind of left hanging, still open to be properly finished?) ** Where are you now?
At the Gathering, as is my duty. ** What's in your future?
Goals: To lead WindClan well is my ultimate goal. I've put away all old wishes of kits and such for this.
Open to: Friends are eternally welcome. I really want to find something to admire in every cat, and forming friendships is the best way to do so. You'd have to have a head of feathers to refuse a friendship! As for anything else...I can't take a mate, and I only take apprentices in special cases. Plotting, on the other paw, whatever that is, is always welcome.
