PHYSICAL

Leopardfur is a lovely she-cat with golden fur and dark brown spots, which essentially earned her both the prefix and suffix of her warrior name. As she's still in the prime of her life, she has silky soft and shimmering fur, not yet deterred by the defects of age, other than a few scars earned from past fights. Her eyes are stunning hazel, more of a green at the center but working their way out to amber. They shimmer with a loving warmth whenever she's around home, or Lionstar. Or both.

MUTATIONS

As many type three Windclan cats, Leopardfur has developed traits that assist in her swimming. Webbed paws, gills. silky, water resistant fur with scales hidden beneath. Her whiskers are short and stiff, and her long thin tail is perfect for swift travel through water. Her eyes are highly sensitive, well-developed for seeing in the darkness of the water's depths.

IMPRESSIONS

To Riverclan cats, Leopardfur is very warm and loving. She's easy to approach and to ask questions, and thus has become something of a go-to for kits and apprentices with questions about clan life, either among their own clan or other clans. She's smart, but is modest about stating facts unless invited to do so. As a mentor, she's easy to get along with, but also very respectable in both skill and management. She doesn't let her apprentices go long without training sessions, and when training she does her best to work with her apprentice's in developing their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses.

Leopardfur isn't too secretive, and her openness means that she's a lot like what her first impression tends to lead cats to believe. She's sweet and motherly, but a also like a good mother she can be strict and harsh when she feels it's needed. Her heart has been after Lionstar since she was only an apprentice, and she hold loyalty to him above all others.

HERITAGE

Ravenclaw and Salmonpelt were fairly average warriors. They fell in love when they were younger, and had a litter of two kits. Eelkit and Longkit were rambunctious young cats, like most kits. They played a lot and got into some trouble, then were made apprentices. Salmonpelt moved back to the warrior den with Ravenclaw. Not long after Eelbine and Longtooth were made warriors, Salmonpelt found she was expecting again.

GROWING

Dark-kit and Leopardkit were born one warm spring, much tot he delight of their parents. Like their elder siblings, they were normal kits, playing and thriving. When they were nearing their sixth moon of life, Leopardkit met Lionpaw. She'd seen him around before, but never really talked to him. That day, though, Dark-kit was napping Leopardkit had been seeking company. She found Lionpaw by the apprentice's den, and made him tell her everything about being an apprentice. He even taught her a few fighting moves to prepare her for her upcoming training.

Lionpaw was made into Lionclaw before Leopardkit became Leopardpaw, but that didn't mean the young she-cat was about to give up her new friend. Warriors and elders chuckled at the way she would tag around after Lionclaw quite obvious about her affections for the tom. When Darkpaw died of greencough, Leopardfur looked to Lionclaw for comfort, finding it in his steadfast personality and wisdom.

Her warrior ceremony was the best day of her life, and the worst. Leopardpaw was given the name Leopardfur, and she'd never felt more proud. She wished more than anything her brother Darkpaw had made it with her, but rested easy knowing he was watching over her form Starclan. The worst part was that Leopardfur was so sure she and Lionclaw could end up together now that she was a warrior. But the bone-headed tom was as blind as a bat to her affections.

Leopardfur persisted, supporting Lionclaw in all that he did, and was the first to congratulate him on deputy ship, and later greet him with his leader name. She'd never been more loyal to a single cat, even when other toms chased her affections.

A few moons after her warriorship, Leopardfur's father died because of an infected wound. Her mother was killed by a badger the next spring, and Eelbite died a few days later due to a fatal wound by the same badger.

LIVING

Leopardfur is still sticking by Lionstar's side, no matter what. She loves him dearly. Even if he weren't to ever love her back, she would follow at his heels loyally. She has grown to be a respected warrior in Riverclan, often taking time to help queens or mentors, giving advice in raising young cats. She herself has successfully mentored a few apprentices, and often volunteers to run group training sessions. She loves working with young cats, finding their youth and joy simply thrilling.

LIONSTAR

To put it simply, Leopardfur is madly in love with Lionstar. She always has been. She's looked up to him since they were little, and she holds fast to his more old fashioned ways. Sometimes, it appears she only does so because she feels the need to support Lionstar, though.
