I'm going to make it a rule that you only have to join one site as long as you are active unless you have a PoP. If you have a PoP, you must join both the Deviantart and Fourclans original site.
This contradicts what I said earlier, but let me explain myself.
You would be reluctant to join a site that you have no idea about. If you don't know Deviantart very well and aren't comfortable, you aren't going to be active. The same situation applies to if you aren't familiar with proboards.
The only exceptions are the Pops, that need to be active in both sites. Not necessarily EXTREMELY active, but you need to post everything needed for the clan you have the PoP in. This is because I'm going to be giving so much power to the leaders instead of just the admin. You need to at least be acquainted with all the people in your clans so that they can come to you for guidance and you can post the clan assignments and take care of basic responsibilities within the clan. Again, you only have to check in and take care of basic responsibilities. You don't need to draw or anything and you only have to turn in your assignments on one site. As a PoP, you are considered the representative of the clan that knows the most about the workings of the clan, and you need to be there for all the members that need your assistance.
