Alrighty guys, while SML is still not fully operational, she’s back for at least a few minutes and will address any topics that are of anyone’s concern.
1. Lack of Members/advertisement
Well, this should be an obvious topic. There’s not many people here, but there’s enough to help us advertise the site around.
So let’s fix this up.
First off, since a lot of people are still visiting the old site and aren’t seeing our messages in the c-box and the announcement boards, I have a proposal: We lock all the boards, but only leave the general board with one single announcement. That announcement will contain a link (A very obvious link) to this site, the site banner, and a short site description. And on the middle of the site in very large, bright letters, we post the link to that thread
That will hopefully get a flow of other members in to at least make the site SEEM active. But we’ll have to also use other sites to bring in more members.
2. Topics
Well, we’ve also got an awfully broad field, and we’re not even sure people like the cat concept, so perhaps we should wait to release the dog and human territories? Perhaps we could make it a ‘plot element’ when humans/dogs populations begin to boom and get into the cat territories? Blizzy and I made up a concept for both, and the human territories are completed, but maybe starting small and expanding is better than starting out huge.
