He has a delicate bone structure, which underlays a thin layer of toned, wiry muscle. He's a lanky tom who's not exactly larger than most others, but simply taller and longer. His paws are dainty and delicate, concealing long, curved, and lethal claws. Although his build denies him brute strength, among being swift and quick, Frosttalon is also extremely graceful. He's capable of being quite nimble and his movements are always silent. His gait is always fluid-like and smooth. Frosttalon's pelt is thin and sleek. Being a tom of vanity, he always keeps it excessively well-kept. His fur is nearly solid white color, with a almost-unnoticable points of gray on his ear-tips, paws, and tail. These slight variations are more notable when he is wet and his fur darkens. This gray also rings his eyes, which are colored a very pale blue. Frosttalon's head is somewhat she-cat like and angular with a nice, prominent jaw that contributes to his certain dazzling appeal. His whiskers are long and white, sprouting randomly from his small pink nose. He is known most for his radiant smiles, as there seems to always be one plastered upon his muzzle. personality •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Personality: Frosttalon is known for his out-going nature and extreme vivacity. His excitement for new experiences is quite catching, and his energy is direct and forceful. Naturally curious, Frosttalon is also known to be fearless; he's one to do drastic things just for the sake of sheer thrill and adventure. Excitement is the nature of Frosttalon because sound and movement stimulates him; adrenaline is like fuel, it's what he runs on — and the tank is never empty. This tom is not one to step down from a confrontation, and along with his need for drama he feels a strong desire to fight; if anyone challenges his control, he'll react with force. He's quick-minded, nimble, and obtains much witty insight and biting comeback. Being quite attentive, Frosttalon's power of deduction verges on physic levels; he sometimes knows what you're thinking, just by your body language and tone. Frosttalon's never grown up; he's retained his childish qualities, and probably will even into his senior moons. He holds a constant infusion of youthful vitality and his zany sense of play makes for endless hours of adventure and fun for all involved. Frosttalon's spontaneity and verve will energize his friends even on the grayest of mornings. He always holds the potential to turn the camp upside down, and yet is so charming that you just might overlook the chaos he creates. The tom is sometimes said to be whimsical and silly, yet his mood just flows naturally; he holds a different demeanor every day; he keenly picks up on surrounding emotional currents. For example, you'll find he'll want to run around all night with you and close friends, but he'll also be there for you when you need someone to cuddle with. Frosttalon can make friends with just about anyone, being extremely open-minded and non-judgmental. Yet Frosttalon prefers zany companions; ones who are unafraid to show eccentricity and who find delight in just about anything weird. He likes to maintain a large social network and wants companions who aren't too rigid... ones who'll join him in some rule-breaking just for the fun of it. Frosttalon will do anything to capture attention, and is known to guide his companions to new levels of confidence. His extreme energy is more inspiring than tiring, and you'll find he's quite a dynamic kitty. Frosttalon is opinionated and responds in conversation both vocally and through body language. He wants you to wonder what he's thinking, hence, he usually hides his emotion from speech — making it a game. When it comes to mating and romantic relationships, Frosttalon is nearly unmanageable. He's out-going, charming, seductive, flirtatious, and even somewhat self-absorbed. His love-life is much like a small soap-opera — fraught with melodramatic plot twists and endless excitement. Frosttalon understands the selflessness it takes to be wickedly attractive; he understands what his object of affection wants and how to address those desires. The young tom always seems to be involved in a love triangle and the drama of pursuing new relationship is his hobby... this usually plants him as a target of vicious gossip, which he is even secretly proud of. The tom will lock on to the object of affection and pursue the romance until the other party finally falls for him. Frosttalon is often afflicted with love at first sight, but mating for life isn't his style. He wants variety and challenge; he's always willing — or even prefers — to fight for the cat of his dreams. The more dangerous the fight, the more this cat will love his prize. Many she-cats would like him to settle down into a comfortable, domestic groove... but you'll find that he won't be caught in a monogamous relationship, even if there are kittens involved. However, when the romance is gone, Frosttalon remains a wonderful friend and companion. All together, Frosttalon may not be definable in just a few sentences. He's intense, sophisticated, prone to jealousy, defiantly not shy, and wildly affectionate. His main objective in life is to create drama, intrigue, and mystery. He's spontaneous, keeps a fast pace, isn't afraid of interruptions, and enjoys interesting twists. Some would say he lacks a conscience, and he really wouldn't have much of an argument (although he'd argue just for the sake of it). Yet, he lives life to the fullest, and the memories he creates are vivid and indelible. If you decide to befriend this wild feline, be prepared... he may just awaken your innermost kit. Specific Moral Values: So many she-cats, so little time. history •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Frosttalon and Cinderheart have led quite uneventful and normal lives up to date. Their mother, Yarrowflower, was full-blooded RiverClan, and was well into her senior-moons when she birthed her pair toms. They weren't her first litter of kittens, but she treated them as so; always compassionate and caring. Their father, Borageroot, was a low-adapted, half-blooder; but his loyalty was unquestioned by the clan. The dedicated father always managed to find time for his kittens. So nonetheless, growing up Frostkit and Cinderkit were never deprived of love and care. A few moons before they were apprenticed, the brothers were delivered their first taste of tragedy. Yarrowflower and Borageroot both disappeared and, after a few days, their bodies were found. It appeared their mother, a low-adapted feline, had gotten stuck in a pinch and both her and Borageroot drowned in a futile attempt to free her. The pain of losing their parents was devastating but by the time they were apprenticed both toms were able to accept their deaths and continue onward. Frostpaw began his life-long career as a womanizer, flirting viciously with every other female apprentice. His mentor, Cricketsong, was a no-nonsense kind of she-cat and Frostpaw enjoyed annoying the living wits out of her; goading her into getting angry at him and flirting with her shamelessly. The older feline, of course, was immune to his charms and often gave him no reaction. To him, she was the biggest challenge — much more difficult to obtain than the younger females who were easily seduced and used. Toward the end of his apprenticeship, Cricketsong still hadn't given in to him, and he sort of gave up. They settled into a tolerant friendship and, although they still drove each other wild, even became sort of close — albeit somewhat grudgingly. They never admitted to each other that they sometimes enjoyed one another's company and often displayed their platonic affection through scathing remarks and snarky insults. On the day of Frostpaw's warrior ceremony, Cricketsong told him a story. A very personal story. When she was younger she had thought she was in love with a charming, respectable tom. They were friends and she was foolishly infatuated with him. She even imagined that her budding feelings toward the tom were returned and mutual. On the day of their warrior ceremony, she just knew the tom was going to profess his love to her. The love that had grown throughout their apprenticeship would finally lead to a new life as warriors and mates. After the cries of congratulation and the yelling of their new names died down, however, and she ran up to him with undampenable joy, she was given a slap of reality. The tom was Frosttalon's father, and just as she was preparing her speech, a warrior cat across camp yelled out that Yarrowflower was kitting, and Borageroot was gone. Cricketsong had never suspected that the two were romantically involved and, as she came to the realization that she had been immersed in a silly fantasy for most of her life, she withdrew into herself and debunked love from then on. Borageroot and Yarrowflower were soon gone, but she still saw the tom she had loved in their sons. And unforunately for her, she was given one as a mentor. It was something she had struggled with and for the longest time she almost disliked Frostpaw because of it. He was the exact opposite of his father and, unlike the warrior before him, expressed a constant desire to have her. Frosttalon and Cricketsong grew very close after his warrior ceremony, though never becoming anything more than friends. He ceased trying to add her to his collection of she-cats and she became more accepting of his childish ways. Frosttalon finds constant companionship in her and sees her as a confident. Perhaps he actually loves her. Except he'd never admit it to himself. Maybe because he's committed to his life of womanizing... or maybe because he's afraid she could never return the feelings. tracking •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Relationships: Mother ➝ Yarrowflower [Deceased] Father ➝ Borageroot [Deceased] Brother ➝ Cinderheart Ex-Mentor ➝ Cricketsong Recognized Kittens ➝ Minnowleap [mother - Dusksong], Willowkit, Laurelkit, & Mothkit [mother - Silverclaw] And he probably has a litter or two out there that he hasn't acknowledged.
