I would really like to have some other options for gender in profiles, because as of recently I identify as genderfluid and would like my profile to reflect that. I decided to make a thread instead of just tossing the code in because I'm not really sure what others would be best to include or if we want to include any somewhat silly options or what.
(Also I still prefer female pronouns thank you. uvu)

Yes I like this idea full steam ahead Do what you gotta do sweetums The world's your oyster (Is there a genderless option? Like just the word genderless and like a picture of a rock or something rad like that? That'd be swell if there is u v u )

Pleaase don't take this the wrong way. I totally support you with whatever you want to do, and I get that you want your characters to reflect who you are since it makes them more lovable and personal, but I don't quite agree with the "other" option.
When we ask "Gender" on the bio, we're asking for what sex organs they have on their body so that people understand whether or not their cat can reproduce. While some may be born with both, it's a rare occurrence in most wild species.A male can't get pregnant (In the literal term. I understand the occasional "the twin gets trapped inside the body of another twin because one baby grew around the other" but generally that doesn't happen. Men, sadly, cannot get pregnant) and a female cannot impregnate another female (I'd imagine there's some sort of process involving a lot of technology where maybe that could happen, its not something I've read up on so I can't say) as it is biologically impossible (X and Y chromosome thing, I believe). It's more of a biological question then anything else; what organs does the character have.
Also, we have an unlimited number of characters here, so you can have as many males and females as you want to switch back and forth with, and if that isn't right, then you can include it as a personality trait (gender fluid) rather then a actual gender, which is the organs. Again, I understand your reasoning. I really am trying to put myself in your shoes (I can't fully comprehend your emotions and how you feel about this, but I'm making an honest effort).
I'm sorry...I don't want to put you down or anything because it's something close to you and I support whatever you do, but I would really rather keep the Male/female options as the only options.
(Oh my god my computer keeps freezing and messing up. I apologize for any grammatical mistakes)

No sweetums, she meant on her profile like where in your profile about yourself you can post what gender you are and it shows up under the date you joined the site. Not her OCs, herself.

I personally like this idea, because I do have one trans-gender friend, so including those would be nice, as well as a gender-queer/genderless person I know. Then finally, some people are questioning their genders, so that would be a good one as well to include c:
